Once this form is completed, you will be directed to another page where you can purchase your lessons online — safely and securely — with a major credit card. Once we receive your payment, we'll contact you and arrange a mutually agreeable schedule. Please read our Rates and Policy page before you proceed. After you register, you'll be directed to our purchasing page, there you may choose to purchase 1 month of lessons or one "Try Us Out, You'll Love It (1) Lesson" for only $22.00. If you choose to continue lessons, each one is pro-rated at $22 each for the remaining lessons in the month. After that, the monthly tuition applies.
